What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Netherlands———-PostNL (2 working days) or DHL ( 3 working days)

Rest of EU————PostNL (6-7 working days) or DHL (7-8 working days)

US ———————-PostNL (7-8 working days)

Rest of the world —–PostNL (Delivery time depends on location)

What are the shipping cost ?

Every watch purchased from Watchlr comes with free shipping so no need to worry about shipping cost.

Every other product:  The Cost of shipping depends on your exact location. The shipping cost will be available in your checkout.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, We do ship internationally. Everything is shipped from our location in The Netherlands. 

Is my watch insured when shipped?

Yes, Ofcourse! We at Watchlr take care of anything that happens when the watch is in transit. Nothing to worry about

How long does it take before my order is shipped?

Usually within two days the watch starts its journey to the new owner.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

All major payment methode are accepted. Like Ideal. Paypal, Credit card , Direct Bank transfer, Debit card etc.

 

Orders and Returns

How do I place an Order?
  1. Select the item of your liking
  2. Press ‘Add to Cart’
  3. Fill in your credentials
  4. Pay for the item with the preferred method
  5. Double check everything and the recived email
  6. Layback or jump in excitement and everyday ask the postmen if he has your watch 😉
Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you do not need an account to place an order. Having an account has many benefits. You can always look back at your order and it makes checking out easier.

Who should I to contact if I have any queries?

You can send us an message on any platform and we will respond as fast as possible. The owner himself will respond.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

If you have created an account, you will see the cancel option in your orders list

If you do not have an account, just simply message us with your order number and we will take care of it

How Do I Track My Order?

After the product has been ‘Orderd’ , we will get to work. The shipping label will be created and the “Track and Trace” code will be send towards you via email.

How Can I Return a Product?

If for any reason you want to return the item, you just send us a message so we can communicate the neccesary steps.
